LA BIO DEL PROPIETARIO

¡Bienvenido! Mi nombre es Mark DeMichele, soy el propietario de A-Quality Refrigeration Inc. Soy nativo de Phoenix, Arizona. Mis dos padres eran empresarios. En la década de 1970, mi madre era propietaria de Connie's Answering Service y mi padre era copropietario de All Ways Service, un concesionario autorizado de Maytag Red Carpet.

Después de graduarme de la escuela secundaria, asistí al Instituto Técnico Mountain States, una escuela de refrigeración y aire acondicionado, y me gradué en 1978, con asistencia perfecta. Mi padre y su socio, que también era un contratista de aire acondicionado autorizado, decidieron vender All Ways en 1981. Yo había trabajado en All Ways desde 1976. La lavadora Maytag fue el primer electrodoméstico con el que aprendí a trabajar. Con cinco años de experiencia en reparación de electrodomésticos y aire acondicionado a mis espaldas, decidí aventurarme por mi cuenta y comencé mi propio negocio de servicio de electrodomésticos de aire acondicionado el 1 de octubre de 1981. Siempre supe que sería mío. jefe mientras yo era niño. Este fue un paso audaz para un joven de 21 años relativamente inexperto, pero afortunadamente llevo casi 43 años en el negocio. También me convertí en contratista autorizado en 1990.

Desde 2016, mi hija mayor, Breanne, me ayuda en el negocio. Ella está a cargo de administrar nuestra oficina y programar llamadas de servicio. En 2014, mi hijastro Daniel Nischan se incorporó como aprendiz. Ahora que está entrando en su décimo año, Daniel se ha convertido en un técnico muy hábil.

Office Manager

Hi, my name is Breanne, and I am the office manager at A-Quality Refrigeration Inc. Our family business has always been a part of my life. When I was in grade school, I remember my dad occasionally bringing my younger sister and me to the office, and we would help the office staff alphabetize invoices. Once I turned 16, I became more involved in the business. I would type up the technicians' daily schedules and input invoices and payments into Quickbooks. After a few years, I started learning all aspects of the office, from preparing quarterly reports to handling accounts payable. Soon, I was also responsible for answering all phone calls and scheduling customers. This year, we have begun greatly increasing A-Quality’s Internet presence, particularly on social media.
