THE OWNER’S BIO
Welcome! My name is Mark DeMichele, I am the owner of A-Quality Refrigeration Inc. I am a native of Phoenix, Arizona. Both of my parents were entrepreneurs. In the 1970s, my mother owned Connie's Answering Service and my father co-owned All Ways Service, an Authorized Maytag Red Carpet Dealership.
After graduating from high school, I attended Mountain States Technical Institute, an A/C-Refrigeration School, graduating in 1978, with perfect attendance. My father and his partner, who was also a licensed A/C contractor, decided to sell All Ways in 1981. I had worked at All Ways since 1976. The Maytag washing machine was the first appliance I learned to work on. With five years of experience in both A/C and appliance repair under my belt, I decided to venture out on my own and started my own A/C-appliance service business on October 1, 1981. I always knew I would be my own boss while I was growing up. This was a bold move for a relatively inexperienced 21 year old, but thankfully I have been in business now for almost 43 years. I also became a licensed contractor in 1990.
Since 2016, my oldest daughter Breanne has assisted me in the business. She is in charge of running our office and scheduling service calls. In 2014, my stepson Daniel Nischan came on board as a trainee. Now entering his tenth year, Daniel has become a very skilled technician.
With the experience and knowledge they have gained while working with me, I am confident that when the time comes I will be leaving A-Quality Refrigeration in great hands!

I am a seasoned HVAC and appliance technician with over 10 years of hand on experience in the industry. Through out my career I have has a strong commitment to ensuring a high quality of service for my customers. I have an extreme knowledge of HVAC, appliance and water heaters, including installation, maintenance and repair. Consistently continuing my education with traditional and modern systems. I strive to maintain top quality service, professionalism while keeping costs affordable. In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, backpacking and hiking with my family.

My name is Tito Aguilar. I have been in the HVAC trade since 2017. I aspire to be among the most professional and knowledgeable tradesmen. In my spare time I like to watch football, play video games, laugh with my friends and family.

Office Manager
Hi, my name is Breanne, and I am the office manager at A-Quality Refrigeration Inc. Our family business has always been a part of my life. When I was in grade school, I remember my dad occasionally bringing my younger sister and me to the office, and we would help the office staff alphabetize invoices. Once I turned 16, I became more involved in the business. I would type up the technicians' daily schedules and input invoices and payments into Quickbooks. After a few years, I started learning all aspects of the office, from preparing quarterly reports to handling accounts payable. Soon, I was also responsible for answering all phone calls and scheduling customers. This year, we have begun greatly increasing A-Quality’s Internet presence, particularly on social media.
